This year's trip to the Miramar Air Show was accompanied by a presentation by a Blue Angels pilot, Nate Banter!! Outfitted in the infamous blue and gold jumpsuit, Banter teaches our cadets through stories of vomit, denial and failure. Along with F18 maintainer, Mike Bern, the two concluded their presentations without anyone getting morbidly sick (thankfully) leaving the students with advice for the rest of their lives and bubbling excitement for the upcoming air show. Later that day, 40 of our cadets watched in admiration as the Blue Angels sped overhead and in the back of the diamond flew Nate Banter.
- c/SSG Samoy (JROTC PAO Sr SGT) Do to not yet receiving funds from the federal budget, we have not been able to have alterations done to your uniforms in order for you to wear them. Until funds come in, you can still receive your 53 points for uniform day. We have given each of you 53 points for Tuesday, October 6. Ensure you study the In-Ranks Inspection Questions as we will begin asking them next Tuesday during formation for points. You will also be performing drill on Tuesdays.
