October 7th Academic Competition

On October 7th our Kearny JROTC academic team sent two teams to compete at an academic competition hosted by Troy High School in Fullerton, California. Our cadets competed on trivia against twenty two other teams. Our first team, consisting of one LET 2 and three LET 1's, won one of their rounds and scored a total of 385 points competing together for the first time. Our second team, consisting of two LET 3's and two LET 2's, won all of the rounds leading up to the playoffs and scored a total of 730 points. Congratulations to our academic team for their accomplishments!
