Pro Tip: Learn your Cadet Creed! Learning the Cadet Creed may seem intimidating, but don't worry! All it really is, are nine lines about being a good cadet, citizen, and person. Learning the Cadet Creed now will help you later on for when you need to say it in order to promote among many other things. If you're having trouble memorizing it, feel free to ask any upperclassmen for help! We can totally test you and give you some more tips to help memorize it! To find the creed, you can click on the handy dandy tab that says Cadet Creed on your left or you can check it out on the Kearny JROTC instagram: @khsjrotc! Remember that you'll be tested on it next Monday, good luck!

Did you catch Kearny JROTC's Color Guard at this year's Homecoming Pep Rally and Game? How about our cadets at concessions? Did you hear Colonel's beautiful voice on the loudspeaker at our the game? How many of you caught our awesome dance moves at Homecoming? If you haven't noticed, JROTC is present at many school events! Helping the community is one of our missions *cough remember to print out the mission statement for your portfolio cough* and it's your job to be a part of it!
Pro Tip: Remember to check the website daily for homework, material and upcoming events that YOU can be a part of! Due to not yet receiving funds from the federal budget, we have not been able to have alterations done to your uniforms in order for you to wear them. Until funds come in, you can still receive your 53 points for uniform day. We have given each of you 53 points for Tuesday, October 6. Ensure you study the In-Ranks Inspection Questions as we will begin asking them next Tuesday during formation for points. You will also be performing drill on Tuesdays. Failure to participate or disruptive behavior will result in lost points. Ask any of the Army Instructors if you need additional information.
